dotDent Clinic was founded by four DMDs who joined together their experiences, knowledge and complementing specializations. We are a medium size clinic, which is the best type of facility for the patient for several reasons:

· Our clinic is able to provide individualized care for the patient where the work is done thoroughly and without rush, and this is something that is not possible in large medical facilities;

· State-of-the-art equipment and provision of all types of dental medical procedures which is not possible in small dental practices;

· Optimum utilization of modern high-end equipment ensures that the cost of procedures is kept at a more than acceptable level;

· Positive and relaxed environment inspired by long-term relationships and friendship between the founders of the clinic.

Founders of dotDent Clinic are members of prominent international associations, they publish papers in international dental journals, continuously develop their professional skills by attending local and international conferences, and they also act as educators for other DMDs.

Meet dotDent Founders

Bojan Šain

DMD

The most prominent fields of interest for Dr. Šain are conservative dentistry, endodontics, fixed and mobile prosthetics, implantology and implant prosthetics. In his long professional career he has successfully performed large number of implant prosthetic procedures. He has completed numerous professional development trainings in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
Dr. Šain is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Oral Implantology on the Goethe University in Frankfurt/Germany. The program is designed for fully-employed dentists who want to increase their skills and build up a solid, scientific foundation in order to provide safe, appropriate and efficient treatments. He is part of the international team that carries out a clinical study of the influence of different surgical procedures on implant stability.
He is a member of the Croatian Dental Chamber (HKDM) and the International Team for Implantology (ITI). Dr. Šain is fluent in English and Italian, and he can speak German as well.
Tomaž Glažar

DMD

Dr. Glažar is our versatile doctor of dental medicine who performs procedures from the fields of implantology, implant prosthetics, fixed and mobile prosthetics, conservative dentistry and endodontics. He has completed numerous professional development trainings abroad on the topic of conservative dentistry. In addition, he possesses many years of experience in diagnostic radiology. He is a member of the Croatian Dental Chamber (HKDM) and the International Team for Implantology (ITI).
Dr. Glažar speaks English and Italian fluently.
Vedrana Braut, prosthodontics specialist

DMD

Dr. Braut is our source of academic expertise. She is an Assistant at the Prosthodontics Department of the University of Rijeka School of Medicine and Scientific Associate at the Oral Surgery and Dentistry Department of the University of Bern, Switzerland. She is a prosthodontics specialist, and her areas of professional expertise, including her published scientific and professional papers, cover the fields of occlusion, dental materials esthetics and implant prosthetic rehabilitation. She has gained her scientific research doctoral degree at the University of Geneva and completed her professional development training in implant prosthetics rehabilitation at the University of Bern.
Dr. Braut is ITI Study Club Director in Croatia and Head of Straumann training in the field of implant prosthetics rehabilitation. She is a member of Croatian Dental Chamber (HKDM), Croatian Society for Dental Prosthetics (HDSP), European Prosthodontics Association (EPA) and International Team for Implantology (ITI).

She is fluent in English and Italian, and she can speak German as well.
